Since information regarding your benefits at the City, like health insurance or
retirement benefits, can change very quickly, the Coalition of Santa Monica City
Employees would like to set up a communications network to compliment the City's
formal notices. In order to better provide you additional information and keep
you apprised of opportunities to be involved in organizational activities and
projects we are requesting your home phone number and/or home e-mail address.
This is strictly voluntary, but a good idea to keep informed on the matters that
affect you.
